Do I need to sign-up for an account to order?

  • Yes, please sign up in order to purchase our products. It would be more convenient for both of us to give the details of email address and shipping address. Every time you purchase our products, you will be more convenient to not retype all information again.

Can I cancel/modify my order?

  • We cannot cancel or modify any orders. Please be sure to check your order before check out.

 

Why is my order cancelled?

  • The maximum payment time for your order is 24 hours after the order has been placed. If the payment has not been completed, order will be canceled automatically. Please be sure to confirm the proof of payment to us after you have transfer the payment to us.
